I did not get paid for my promotion yet. How can I tell if or when I will get credited? – Twinspires

Here are some steps you can take to check your promotion:

Did you opt in? (see question below to see how)
When is the promotion supposed to pay put? This will be listed in the Terms and Conditions.
Have your wagers met the required terms? Be sure to read each condition listed under the Terms and Conditions.
If you opted in, have met all the terms and conditions, and it is past the time of the promotion payout, please contact us at 877-774-7371 and we will be happy to assist you. We are available 7 days a week, from 9 am until Midnight, EST.

Can I see if I am opted into a Bonus or Promotion?

Yes. You can see this by looking at your offers under the “active” tab on the Offers page.

On the right, under "active" and "complete" , you will see the promotions you opted into. You can click on any of these offers to show you the time you opted in.
